At the 2024 Xiaomi 'Human-Car-Home Ecosystem' Partner Conference on December 27, Xiaomi Group Partner and President Lu Weibing gave a speech. Lu revealed that in the past 230 days, Xiaomi has delivered 100,000 vehicles, and the target for the year is 130,000 units. With only 4 days left to the end of the year, Xiaomi is confident that it will achieve its 130,000-unit delivery goal.
In March this year, the Xiaomi SU7 quickly became a hit as soon as it was launched, with its monthly deliveries continuously rising. Over the past six months, Xiaomi’s smart electric vehicle business has contributed nearly 10 billion yuan in revenue to the group, accounting for 10.27% of total company revenue, with a gross margin of 17.1%.
Xiaomi's new model, the YU7, is also under intense preparation. It is reported that the new car’s dimensions are 4999mm in length, 1996mm in width, and 1600mm in height, with a wheelbase of 3000mm and a curb weight of 2405kg. These dimensions and wheelbase design will undoubtedly provide consumers with a more spacious and comfortable driving experience. Xiaomi expects the YU7 to be officially launched in June or July 2025, and large-scale road tests are already underway. With the launch of the YU7, Xiaomi’s product line will become even richer, and overall sales are expected to reach new heights.
